We offer different sizes of units, but all units are constructed the same.

3. Do you offer climate-controlled units?

At this time we do not offer climate control.

5. How long does it take to rent a unit? Is there a waitlist?

You can rent an available unit as soon as you prefer. There is currently no waitlist.

7. Is there a deposit or setup charge?

You must pay the first month’s rent up front as a deposit.

8. How long does my lease run for?

Leases are month-to-month. You may continue your lease for as long as you’d like.

The 1st of each month

10. What do I need to bring with me to rent my unit?

Please bring your own padlock and any items you would like to store.

11. How do I access my storage unit?

We offer drive-in access. You simply enter your personal code at an electronic fence out front and drive up to the storage facility. There you will open the garage door and drive up to your unit.

12. When can I access my storage unit?

We offer 24 hour access 365 days a year.

13. Do you offer moving or packing supplies/services?

Turner Storage Solutions offers 1 free item pickup and transport for those moving items from an existing storage unit.

14. What if I need to move out of my storage unit early?

You must pay the full month’s rent of the month in which you leave.

15. How do I know my property is secure?

There is a secure electronic gate at the entrance, 24-hour video surveillance, and the building remains locked unless a tenant is currently accessing their unit. Additionally, each unit has been secured using top of the line chain link fencing.

16. Do you offer insurance?

We do not offer insurance at this time.
